In the past... I have ordered from the big box retailers, Office Max and Staples. The service has been good, but I needed better support.

I recently found computersupplies.com a local CA based online retailer of all major brands of office supplies and furniture. The cool thing is they also have some refill cartridges.

The price is similar to the big box stores, but the customer service has been great. When I needed something in a hurry, i just head over to there website or call them, and order is fulfilled with no questions.

Although, I still Use the others, I have been transitioning to Computersupplies.com for my home based office business.
