Gustavos Adolphus created and One of the largest army in his history, and is the 'Father of Modern Warfare'. He was one of the first in Modern warfare to integrate all forms of the military into is attacks. I give him a 4 based on the fact he did not lead a Conquest as other great's have. Still, he is a great tactition, like a modern Sun Tzu. Also, his country lost its power after trying to dominate the Baltic Sea, getting Manhandled by Tsar Peter the Great.

One of the few leaders that made Sweden a respectable and dominant power in the 17th century. Technically, his real name is Gustav Adolph. According to a history professor of mine (who is Scandinavian), his name was "Anglo-sized." After Gustav Adolph, Sweden then went on to try to dominate the Baltic region in the 18th century but was thwarted by the Russians under the leadership of Tsar Peter the Great.

Did well to achieve what he did. Not the greatest military leader though.
