I was referred to the Appliance Doctor from RC Willey's. The technician showed up and was timely. Unfortunately, his knowledge was lacking. The problem remained and I called them back only to be told that they would not return to fix it. Since the problem was not resolved, I was forced to reach back out to RC Willey and the manufacturer (Electrolux), who referred me to another company. The manufacturer said the units are new and they might lack the knowledge necessary to make the repair. They actually diagnosed the problem over the phone and sent out all the appropriate parts prior to the new company coming out to install them.

What a rip-off company. It took 4 trips to my house and 2 sizable payments for labor and parts before my washing machine was fixed. The owner who I spoke to several times on the phone was extremely rude and condesending. Thank goodness for the manufacturer who was polite, helpful and paid for an expensive part to fix my machine...and it wasn't even under warrenty. I was quoted one price over the phone for the labor and then when the tech came to repair my machine I was told to pay another price...and pay BEFORE the job was started. And they call that customer service? I wonder how long they think they can do business this way? When I was finally able to use my machine I found a small piece of rubber tubing floating in the tub...I sure hope that wasn't a necessary part to keep my machine working!! I certainly wouldn't reccomend this service (and I use that term loosely) company to anyone I know or like. Dealing with them has been a week of aggrivation.

The staff and techs were AWESOME! I had to install three new appliances, this company had the fairest price and friendly staff! The tech came on time and did a great job, he was fast and did not make a mess. He was very polite and neat. I will use this company again!
