Moyers was the master, now David Branchaccio has the helm and the show hasn't missed a beat. Maria Hinojosa is a terrific reporter too. The reductive Right can't handle this show--the vocab words are too big and they can't tell what they are supposed to get mad at. the Right needs to press the pedal like rats in an experiment. "gay marriage"--bad bad, press the pedal. When they watch NOW they don't know how to react because they actually have to think.

no, im pretty sure now is the best news show on tv. and if all you pat robertson and bush loving types who delude yourself into thinking that asswads like sean hanitty and bill oreilly are objective reporters, you must be a few bananas short of the bunch. best journalistic show on tv, leave it to PBS to make news programs that are actually worth watching

Maersk, I think you've made a typo. You mean, leave it to PBS to make a news program that is so blatently biased that it would make any respectable journalist shudder. Just add PBS to the long, long, long list of liberal and left wing biased networks.

I THINK HE IS A POD PERSON. THE GOVERNMENT WON'T TELL YOU THIS BUT HE IS FROM OUTER SPACE. NOT A FRIENDLY ALIEN, MIND YOU, MORE LIKE THE ALIENS IN THE INVASION OF THE BODY SNATCHERS. HE LOOKS ALL BLAND AND HARMLESS BUT BEWARE HE'S DONE LOTS OF DAMAGE FOR HIS HOME PLANET ALREADY.

A front for Gus Hall and Swedish socialism. This guy should declare his candidacy and run for office - but stop pretending to be news person. Most biased and oversold personality on TV. He should also apologize for time with LBJ who was a vile monster.

This is first rate television journalism. Anybody who says otherwise suffers from bad taste or dementia or both (all to common really). I watch NOW eagerly every week! Just this past week, NOW brought its audience close footage of the ground fighting in Iraq. With relevant commentary, the segment helped powerfully illustrate the tension and overall lack of control suffered by US troops in the region. I have not seen such footage from other major networks and I am afraid to wonder why not. Bravo NOW, Bill, and David, and keep up the excellent work!

Moyer is no more than an attack dog for the DNC. Don't remember any of his famous expose' pieces on Clinton's selling missle technology to Chine, failure to react to acts of terrorism (except for the tent in the desert he blew up on the day Monica testified) or any of the other scandels. On a more general note, Liberals hate FoxNews because you get to think for yourself. Since liberal arguments are based on feelings rather than logic, rational thinkers will discard them.

This is the only news magazine that routinely discloses the any potential conflicts of interest when reporting a story and addresses issues that are ignored by the private media (like the recent FCC ruling and the Patriot Act Part II). NOW and Bill Moyers put the big three and Murdoch's Fox to shame. THIS is the way journalism is supposed to be. It's about time there was a show that put the public and democracy before corporate interests.

Insightful, thoughtful discussions. They take the time to fully probe a story. One of the best on TV.

The most probing, well-researched investigative journalism show going. Moyers fearlessly doesn't hesitate to step on toes of scoundrels no matter how powerful the owners.
