Sky moving & storage professionals just moved our client from an apartment to a nice home on the Golf Course FL. They got there on time and were very nice to this senior client. They allayed her fears about moving damage to delicate items. In fact, no damage has been discovered to any items at this time.
They helped unload and were very patient with the client as boxes were carefully unloaded into the right closet, etc.

I have nothing but praises for their crew. My move was a bit complicated. I moved my apartment and had two stops on the way to pick up a bedroom set that my parents gave me and an old heavy big screen my friend was throwing away after he got himself a shiny new plasma. His trash, my sales. Kim explained to me that my plan to start the day at my parents house before moving on to pick up my stuff, it wasn’t advisable because there’s this thing called double drive time in moving, and it will be advisable to arrange my pick ups and drop offs in one short straight geographical line. She said they’ll do whatever I prefer, but I was glad she pointed it out and change plans with my mom accordingly, and saved a few good bucks. The crew they sent was outstanding. They came energized and just worked hard for me. Truly appreciated.

On the moving and delivery day, David and the crew are courteous, professional and efficient. They arrived on time, protected my furniture with great care and finished the job quicker than I expected.

The closest street to my new apartment's entrance is a no-parking zone, the movers were willing to park on a side street and carried the items for extra distance with no complaints.

From start to finish, our moving experience with sky moving and storage was absolutely exceptional. Every facet of the move was impeccably handled with ability, competence, and incredibly hard work (Our new apartment is a 6th floor walk-up.) They provided extra boxes and tape when we ran out, helped to pack what we hadn't finished before they arrived, and dismantled and reassembled several pieces of furniture. When we unexpectedly hit a snag that caused us a 20 minute delay, David and his team took it in stride, handling the problem with grace and professionalism

Sky moving made my move a very quick and pleasant one. My life had become very hectic and crazy with the sale of my town home - but sky moving took the worry out of my move by taking the pressure off and helping me with every aspect of their service - be it small or large. The initial contact went without a flaw - even though my moving date was within days of my call. The foreman and his men that showed up were MORE than friendly and helpful - wrapping up the large items and even packing up my last few items that I had missed. My move was just across town but they were just as focused as if it were cross country. They took great care in handling my "stuff". Even after the fact two weeks later - I noticed that a vacuum attachment had been lost thru the move - sky moving customer service stepped up to the plate and offered me compensation. Truly a great company that I will without a doubt use for my future moves.

This was our second time using sky moving and storage to move and we plan on using them again. The crew was so courteous and polite. They exercised extreme attention to detail from wrapping up all our furniture, to packing up the miscellaneous items that we forgot to pack, to labeling everything for inventory that needed to go to storage. We were left with complete trust that once we find our house in Tennessee, our belongings will be taken from storage and brought up North in the same condition that it was taken. Super professional & reasonable movers
I absolutely loved working with sky moving and storage! These guys are great! We have moved five times in the last four years, and used other movers in the past. Starving Students ripped us off and broke a few items we cared a lot about; some other local movers in the bay area took care of the other three moves, but bitched about it the entire time.
When it came to moving from Florida, this time, we did our homework. Sky moving and storage really does deliver what they promise. David came and did our in-home estimate, we agreed on the price and that's exactly what we ended up paying. I have to admit- we had a bit more than been on the sheet, but the movers didn't complain- the price was the price and that was it.
Not only did they bring all the stuff to wrap everything- there wasn't an extra charge for blankets, boxes, etc. They even took our clothing out of the closets and packed & unpacked it at the new place! How awesome is that?!
They work quickly and efficiently, each guy introduced himself with a smile and a hand shake and they didn't complain at all.
We were probably a big pain in their behinds, since the place we were moving to wasn't ready when it was supposed to be. They were so sweet, and held our delivery for three extra days. They didn't unload the truck, they just let it wait for us to be ready... and they could not have been nicer about the whole thing.
When it came time to unload our truck full of stuff- the delivery guys were incredible! It took less than 4 hours for them to unpack an entire truck, including stairs and a bit of a walk to our front door- not to mention our three levels INSIDE the place as well.
They worked their butts off and we were amazed and grateful! They even helped us move things around after we changed our minds where we wanted them, and did it with a smile!
IF you're looking to move, whether it's five minutes away or cross country, these guys are fabulous. It's not just about the money, because a lot of movers will end up charging you more than they estimate (we have had other movers add over $1000 to the total price come delivery time) ... sky moving is fair, honest, friendly, efficient and quick. They don't waste time, and they are always pleasant- even when you call 20 times to change the pick up & delivery dates.
We were a nightmare customer for them, I'm sure, but they made us feel like we were super easy to work with and they were grateful for our business.

Excellent Service

Our move through this company and their affiliate was an excellent one. Our coordinator Ken was professional and made sure that he noted several requests that we had and they nailed down most of them as promised. Also, two days before the move the movers called to let us know when they would be there to pack our belongings. The day before the move the packers showed up on time and were very professional about their job. They completed packing in a little over 5 hours. The only problem was they had the wrong size boxes for our mattresses. They said they would bring the correct ones back first thing the next morning. Also, the day before the move the driver came and did his inventory which he usually does not do until the day of the move. The day of the move the moving van and loaders showed up when they said they would be there. We paid $650.00 more for a full packing service and everything!!! Arrived in perfect condition, This is our third moving experience and so far the best of the three and although we do not plan on moving in the future, if we do for some reason we would surely call sky moving and storage again.

Last week I moved from Virginia to Florida with Sky Moving. When I made the reservation, the representative told me that I should received my shipment within 2-7 days, but I have received it on the following day, which was great. The move was done in the weekend, so I did not take a day off!!! The movers Joe & Ernest were very professional and pack all of my belongings very carefully.
