This was the best show. I liked it it has dexter,deedee,monkey the parents and mandark He was a bad guy. I like lots of the esipodes too where dexter and deedee were trying to get the stuffed animals and jinkers was stolen by the alien dude and dexter and koosie had to rescue him but turned into a dragon and sqaushed the alien dude i like anothe esipodes too i like the justice pals ,van helen,major glory and krunk I remember the episodes too.

I'm a fan of the more strictly older episodes. I didn't really like the new episodes they started showing. The original episodes with Gennedy Tartakovsky, were just great. I love the robot skit.

A great show-desten to become a great classic!

This show was classic cartoon comedy, with funny characters, plots, dialogue and situations. The animation was quite original, too. The sad thing is what has happened with the newer seasons. Craig McCracken unfortunately had to sell the show and now has little to do with it. The new episodes are alright and I'll watch them when I'm bored, but are NOTHING compared to the genius of the original show.

My favorite part about it is how Dexter is plagued by DeeDee but some times I feel sorry for the poor guy. The first series was so much better because there wasn't the whole Mandark being PURE evil in the firt he was a scientist who had a thing for Dex's sis DeeDee and never stated he was evil he only wanted to become a bigger scientist than Dex oh yeah and had scientist parents, a sis who was DeeDee's ballet rival, and his real first name was a boy's name and in the new one he was born evil to hippie parents and his name was Susan and I guess his sister was taken of the cast. But aside from all that I LOVE Dexter but those crazy Cartoon Network had to take it of but happily they took the lamer than hell Powerpuff Girls with them. 5 stars

Never really found this show all that great, brainy kid and his dumb sister always getting into some trouble or another.

This show is an old classic. The midjet brainy kid and its tall blond, ballerina sister thrown in with a lot of sarcastic humour. THe only thing is that its repeating a lot of the same jokes and they added really retarded things to the show such as 'Monkey' and the 'Justic Leaugue' which really don't make sense.

Not in favor of the bad animation. Or bad humor.

Best cartoon on TV. Plus if you put on some techno music and turn the sound off on the show matches up with the beats. I can't explain it, but it's hilarious.

From 1995-1997, the show was my fave. But now, with crappy animation, toilet humour, and butt-cracks, its just not as good...I think our good friend Gennedy T. lost interest in it.

its ok i like the animation and plots

Another highly enjoyable comedy cartoon, this is one is way up there! With parodies of Star Trek and Speed Racer along with the insanity of the regular parts and two of the most amusing animated parents since Barney and Betty, you've gotta love this show! Plus, the Justice Friends spinoff about eccentric superheroes facing the "challenges of everyday life" even has a laughtrack and is uprorarious! Monkee is annoying, however. This one is a classic, for sure!

For as long as it's been on, Dexter is still top notch.

awful.....argh...hell no!!

Dexter's Lab recently took a major downfall in the recent new season. The artwork and character designs have gotten real bad, plots no longer are great as previous seasons, and it appears the writers have resorted to use disgusting humor. When the series ended in 1997, it left a great series finale and was around the number of episodes most cartoon series end, which is 65. I can't believe Cartoon Network would bring back the series in the horrible condition it's in now. Dexter has definitely seen better days than this.

One of my favorite shows on Cartoon Network. Dexter is a pint-sized Boy Genius who has a "secret laboratory" in his bedroom and he builds a lot of inventions. and he also has a sister named DeeDee who came in his lab and wrecked his inventions. I wish they would make more!

The animation is like Power Puff girls which is ok. the plots could be better written but still enjoyable

Dextor's Laboratory is probably one of my all time faves. It's clever, endearing and most of all funny. It's the story of a 10-year-old boy who has a secret (you guessed it) laboratory, where he conducts experiments, or tries to, since his sister DeeDee and her friends always mess things up. No matter what he's doing; time-travel, alien conversating, moving the moon, enlarging his sister; he never looses his momentum. DeeDee is also a joy to see in action. Wether she's a side-kick to a super hero, turned into a pony, multiplied, playing dolls; she is quick and endearing always caring about her little brother. Smaller characters include DeeDee's friends, Dexter's worst enemy and their parents, who amazingly remain clueless to what their children are up to. Simply brilliant.

I love this show, and it is probably one of my all-time favorites. It's hilarious, the ways in which Dexter tries to keep his sister out of his lab, and his personal life. This show will always make me laugh, and keep me watching.

Dexter premired with a strong first season. Likeable characters and interesting plots. But once Dee-Dee became a "Trademark Character", the show went for the worst, and fell right on it's face.

How can you not love the show? It's one of the funniest cartoons I've ever seen. Dexter is going to go far. And then go farther. It's just so perfect. I think the Yesterdayland site said it best: "it doesn't matter if you aren't a cheerleader or a football player; all that matters is the size of your lab."
