We bought a condo from this developer one year ago. We never received a copy of our 60 day punchlist (items to be completed within 60 days of closing). The project manager was super-pleasant until we closed and then our 60 day punchlist never surfaced and he is always passing the buck. The workmanship is horrible (holes in the walls behind cabinets-perfect for unwanted guests, creaky floors, uneven walls, uneven floors). While they are in control of the management-they are not providing pest control maintenance in a 31 unit building-and it's been over a year. They only do something when repeatedly harassed and have claimed to various tenants that they are the only ones who have called about pests. A very dishonest, disreputable agency in my experience. I wish I had paid more attention to the details when I looked at this place. I was distracted by the good use of space.

These folks have made our first bout of home ownership miserable. Not only have we had problems with our flooring, our plumbing is on the fritz- it stinks like sewer gas is coming from the sink and all of the drains, the electrical was below code and their installation of our washer and dryer was terrible. Our walls are not straight or level either. We had chosen to purchase a converted condo and will never, ever do it again unless we research the developer first. I seriously believe that they cut as many corners as possible and liquidated the money elsewhere.
