I just tried it, and I have some comments and questions.

This is a great way to include a picture with a review. It's extremely easy to use. If the picture you want to post is on your computer, just attach it to the emailed review and it works. It's no longer necessary to make sure that the picture you want to post is hosted on some website somewhere, and then have to bother with the html code to display it.

The email notification that the review has been posted along with a link to the review is nice. When I clicked on the link, I did notice that it doesn't seem to understand concepts like word wrap, as it split the word seeing into two lines, with "seein" on one line, and the "g" on the next.

OK, time for some questions. How do I write a review and send it to a specific list? The review I wrote went into some sort of uncategorized area, which makes sense, but is there a way I can email it directly to an existing item on an existing list? Also, will this review eventually show up in the river or on my profile page?

It looks like a great feature, although it either needs some kinks worked out, or I just need some more detailed instructions.
