Not as good as some of the others. It gets too rowdy at times and is rather small. I came back to this one this year after several years away and still was not all that impressed with it. What really bugged me was that I like to check out garage sales during street fairs cuz people in the area often have them on the same day, knowing there will be more foot traffic around. At one of the sidewalk sales, a cop came up and told the garage sale people they had to pack up and go back inside as some people at the fair were complaining they were taking away their business. I told someone this who lives a few blocks away and he said they'd never do this at the Union St. fair. Sometimes the "vibes" around here get strange.
