Too bad that some parts of the script fall out entirely on the fact that Audrey Hepburn’s character – a seemingly intelligent person – turns insane at times, due to the fact that she is female. I cannot see past this error. Yuck.If one sees past that spoonful of poison, it’s very interesting to see this film; it’s smart, has wonderful colours, Henry Mancini has lent a good hand at scoring a good song, parts of the dialogue is witty and entertaining, the direction is good, the actors are mostly very good (oh, it’s good to see James Coburn act, not to mention Grant/Hepburn) and Hepburn’s wardrobe is very interesting (albeit a walking commercial for Givenchy).See it, if you stomach all that’s said about women and their “traits”.

Five stars for the restored version. One of the best movies Hitchcock never made. You would swear it's one of his. Well done, Grant and Hepburn work well together.

'Charade' is one fantastic movie, and yet it is very underrated. Watching this movie, the viewers are treated to great visuals and to great acting. And what a cast: Audrey Hepburn, Cary Grant, James Coburn, Walter Matthau, and George Kennedy. Finally, this movie is suspenseful from beginning until end (reminiscent of a Hitchcock flick), as Hepburn's widowed Regina Lambert doesn't know who to turn to for help. If anyone cares to watch this movie, I promise they will not be disappointed.

Wow, lookit all the comments for this movie. Looks like it's up to me to say something :) This movie I found a real treat for pretty much everybody. As far as twists and turns go, you really can't do much better...although I never really did process who Cary Grant ended up being (Was it Thadius? It was Thadius, right?) Audrey Hepburn is particularly good in this movie and she pretty much makes it work. And I'm fourteen years old, so don't you tell me this movie's for old people! I highly recommend it and say go buy it right now!!
