This burger to me is perfect as far as burgers go. Though Mcdonalds is not my favorite restaurant ( it's actually Wendy's) this is by far the best burger that Mcdonald's has to offer. Add another pattie for the double and you have got it made. :-)

Easily one of their top burgers. Its pretty tasty, and fills ya up pretty good.

Even without my arch-nemesis (cheese) the burger is inferior to Burger King's Whopper.

the McRib and the Fillet-o-fish come and go, but the QP w/ C is a McDonalds menu fixture - and rightly so.

I don't eat one regularly but when on the road it is my favorite...I can eat a Quarter pounder with cheese while driving without wearing most of it!

My arteries are clogging just thinking about it.

Something about that burger that makes me crave it whenever I see those golden arches!!

One of the items I am likey to order when I need something that tastes pretty good and does a reasonable job of filling me up.

HAS to be the FINEST burger in the place!! Much better than your average cheeseburger and not quite as sickly as the big mac, but 100% delicious!! Even if it is pure crap, you know its tasty so who gives one!!

Basically the basic McD's Cheeseburger, but bigger. All you can taste is that super sweet ketchup.
However, it does have a little heft to it so I'll give it a three.

As with the Big Mac, these used to be tasty enough to order once in awhile, but they've gone downhill of late (maybe due to the drought in Argentina, which is where I suspect most of McDonald's beef comes from). Dry and flavorless, the only thing that saves them is the *splortch* of ketchup and mustard in the middle. The cheese is only sharp enough if it remains half-melted, and the shanks of layered onion are becoming overwhelmingly strong. They always look decent (due to the absence of shredded lettuce scattered around the carton's corners), which helps them go down easier. Expensive if not purchased during a promotional special. Making your own burgers at home is still the only assurance of quality control.

whenever i go to mcdonalds and dont order the mcdeal of the day i always order this one, exept a bit bigger, the double quarter poudner with cheese! dam its so good anf filling

should be called quarter crap with cheese.. you can get a better burger at burger king or the sonic.

Pretty bland...the onions are the best thing about this. Burger King and Wendy's have better offerings.

An OK burger and usually the only thing I'll eat if I'm ever forced to eat at McDonald's. Compared to some of the other items on the McDonald's menu, this is heaven on earth.

The undesirable parts of a dead cow, ground into pulp and covered with grease, preservatives and shreds of unidentifiable vegetables. Goes straight to the aorta.
