On 12/16/05 we paid special delivery charges in order to have gift arrive for Hanukkah. On 12/27/05 we rudely advised by Igourmet that the order was first being shipped to arrive on Thurs. 12/29/05, explanation being that order would arrive during the 8 days of Hanukkah. Igourmet was unable to explain why they needed a special charge for a 13 day delivery and seemed to think Hanukkah gift arrival during 8 day period was acceptable. Hanukkah gifts arrive on or before first night of Hanukkah, very simple to everyone except Igourmet. We would never use this company again.
