Bogus mailing address = modest home in Freemont, CA. (Try google maps streetview of 350 McDuff Ave., Fremont, CA... notice the trash can at the curb... that's where your mail goes.) Bogus "customer service" site = http://www.b2cforce.com. Bogus customer service phone = 650-461-9250. 15 days after payment, and 12 days after aleged shipping, I've received nothing, and there's no record of my purchase on their website after I log in. Only bought from them because they seemed to be in California. Their site says they *buy* from all over, not that they *ship* from all over, which is apparently what they do. Seems like one slickster in his Freemont, CA living room behind a slick website, who has junk drop-shipped from China/Singapore/HK, etc. My product was (allegedly) shipped from Singapore. Never received it, don't expect to. DEFINITELY not worth the hassle, wait to save a few bucks. Save yourself the same trouble and avoid this slimy site.

I haven't received my two LCD protectors yet, which were ordered two weeks ago through their e-store at eCrater.com. Tried to email their customer service but never got replied. Avoid this store!

Exceeded my expectations. I bought this from reseller. And I often have difficulty getting US companies to ship here, but this time is so smooth. The order process was simple and straightforward. Receipt of the order was received quickly. Shipping was confirmed the next business day (i ordered on Sunday) and i got my package in the mail in 10 days when i thought it would take 2 or 3 weeks. Everything went perfectly and i will definitely be ordering from Dinodirect.com againI saw some people left poor feedback just because the shipping time is too long, but i do not mind because of the low price.

AWEFUL! Do not shop here. Their prices are low for a reason. My order took me a good two weeks to receive, and then the Car Cassette Tape Adapter DOESN'T WORK! The cord has a short in it and you have to fiddle with it just the right way to get it to play. Once it is playing through my car stereo, it sounds absolutely atrocious. No bass, scratchy trebble. Should have just ordered name brand products somewhere else.

oh my god. these positive reviews truly are the same bad dinodirect grammar you have to deal with when trying to correct the multiple mistakes they make. TERRIBLE company, tremendously disappointed, and they review themselves on sites like this to make you think they are a good company!

I've never had anything but a good experience with this company, and my latest order was nothing different. Items were delivered pretty quickly - free shipping too. No issues, no need to ask questions, no nothing.Just a big selection of everything and easy tracking of my order. I'll be back again for sure.

Took them 3 weeks took get the product to me. They quote 7-10 days. When I e-mailed them after 2 weeks they didn't even respond to my e-mail. They use overseas vendors that ship the product to you (ours came from Singapore). Spend the extra few bucks and order your product elsewhere. Unfortunately a lot of vendors go on websites like this and review their own company.

Dinodirect has been surprising me recently with quick delivery. They even sent me an email when the color flashlight was out of stock asking me if I wanted a substitute that could be shipped right away. I never minded when they did take a couple weeks to ship - the prices are low enough that the wait is worth it. I have never been disapointed by the quality of the products. They work as advertised . Recently they also take credit cards. The first time I ordered from here I was wondered about them because the price was so low - but the stuff came and since then I have ordered many times from them. No complaints

I ordered a lcd screen protector pack on Oct 1, the card was charged. The item was shipped on Oct 5. Today is Oct 18 and I haven't received the product. I called and they told me that it will take 14 business days because it was shipped from HongKong!!! I was fooled by the fact that this company has a California address. They should keep their warehouse in CA if they want business from the US. If they have no problem in fast shipping, then HK based warehouse won't be a problem. I have stuff shipped from home (asia, btw) before and it never takes more than 2 weeks. They probably sent this product as a letter mail and I don't see why it will take even longer than a package mail. I ordered my camera gears after Oct 7 from other retailers and received them all in few days. Now, i am just waiting for this stupid lcd screen protector. I bet if i order another lcd screen protector from a different company in the US now, i will get it by the end of this week and perhaps even before receiving this!! This is ridiculous! Don't fool by the cheap price. Their shipping method sucks! Also, they don't tell you how long it will take to receive your product in their email so go with other company unless you have the patience.

I find it hard to believe that the "great" reviews are not plants, particularly when there are shades of the same grammar (?) found in their emails appearing in the glowing reviews. After a week of having charged my credit card, and several vanilla email responses to my emails, I demanded more information to be told that they are out of stock and apparently not willing or able to tell when they will have the product.Told them to cancel the order and refund, to which I have received the response " .... to inform you that your order has been checked. Our Product Dept. is working on your order, and your order will be shipped out very soon ..... " whatever that means.Apparently the saga continues. Enough said!Update: Told them 3 times to cancel the order despite which they then miraculously found two of the five items and eventually shipped them. Today, 2 weeks after the original order, I received the two items. One worked, the other faulty.I don't have the energy to fight with them any more.

Placed an Order on the 1st of October, my credit card was charged by them on the 2nd, I paid for 2-3 day 'expedited' delivery, and as such I figured...hey they charged me on the 2nd so they MUST have gotten the order right? Wrong!!!Waited on the 5th for order to arrive....nothing.Waited on the 6th for the order to arrive...nothing.Got an email on the 7th telling me:"We are writing to inform you that our logistics department is processing your order now, you will be informed in 48 hours about the latest shipping information of the order via email or telephone. Your patience and understanding will be highly appreciated. "So, I sent an email (albeit a bit snippy but hey...I paid extra for shipping <$20> so... uh... when they say 2-3 day air shipping I am figuring it is 2-3 days...) which complained about their response.... and they responded telling me:"Thank you for your email! Since the items you ordered are in high demand, our logistic department still needs 1-3 days to prepare for them, if you could not wait any more, you culd contact us and ask for a refund. If we do not receive your notification, we will process your order as usual"Ok... so let's see... they will give me 48 hours notification of the status of my order from the time they received it... forget about the fact that they already charged my card... so...fine...maybe they are a middle man to a middle man... great... they were "processing" the order on the 7th (above) and as such one would think they would then have it shipped to me at least by the 10th...WRONG AGAIN!So now on the 11th (remember... I placed the order on the 2nd, was charged on the 3rd, was sent an email that someone or some system was aware of the order on the 7th)... I got this email:http://www.dinodirect.com We are writing to inform you that your order has been shipped. You might check your local delivery within our shipment working days. Hope you enjoy our services. Have a nice day! http://www.dinodirect.com Ok... so will be posting again about the quality of product, was it packed properly, did they end up charging me exactly what they said... and the most important since today is the 13th and I received the above email on the 11th (that is at least 1.5 shipping days in my book)... so by my book... setting aside the FACT that I ORDERED on the 1st and paid EXTRA for 2-3 day shipping and it is now the 13th!!!.... this order should be at home when I get there... or at a VERY MINIMUM should be there by tomorrow the 14th... Whether I even bother writing again about DINODIRECT is really up in the air at this point... the bottom line is that their ORDER PROCESSING SUCKS! So, if you buy from them... don't even waste the time adding 2-3 day shipping because they are going to take AT LEAST 2 WEEKS TO PROCESS YOUR ORDER...before they even ship it. If you don't like their speed they offer to: "Thank you for your email! We estimate the order should arrive you after 10th, if you can not wait for it any more, you could ask for refund and we will issue you a full refund within 3 working days."Yep... you guessed it... REFUND YOUR MONEY BACK... uh... but wait... if they hold your order for around 2 weeks... and they did this with everyone's order... and they charge you up front...Sounds like DINODIRECT's business development team enjoys making an interest on your money sitting in their accounts, and as such they really don't care about their products... or for that fact if you even want your money back... because they will gladly give you your money back once their calculated 2 weeks of interest on your money has been "acquired", and at that point in time they would be more than happy to refund your money because they just made money on your money... so in the end they just DON'T CARE...!!!BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Ordered two different items with a coupon. When I received the confirmation email, no "fallsale" discount. I emailed. No response. Finally received one item (6 pieces in bubble wrap in shipping envelope). No box, instructions, receipt...nothing. Emailed about missing second item. Nothing. Called 24-7 customer service number...answering machine...no call back. Called again...same result. Called again, woman couldn't understand English. Tried to communicate for 20 minutes before someone who understood better got on the phone. He wanted to charge me shipping again to send missing item, like he was doing me the favor. I said I already paid, but he acted like he didn't understand. He finally said he would send me the item I already paid for without charging more shipping. He said tough luck about not getting discount, his hands are tied. He will send me 15% off coupon to use with my next order. Yeah, that's going to happen.

When buy an item online, we compare the prices a lot. But I think the shipping also important. I don’t want to get something broken or wait for thousands of years. Free shipping and delivery on time also help me to make decisions. I had a good experience with this site. I get a powerful laser pointer which can be seen over a mile, made with 11000 mcd bright LEDs brighter than normal LEDs. I am very pleased with their free shipping and good customer service. I am very satisfied of this store, I am a customer since December 2008. I did many orders and all received without problems. I had a problem with item in stock once but it have been quickly solved by the customer support staff which is active and very helpful. Prices are great and you can find for cheap what is very expensive in your own country. I recommend everyone to stop and watch the many products that Dinodirect.com has to sell. Originally I was interested in their large 'Gaming' section, but the shier amount of cool gadgets, and repair parts brings me to the web page every day. At August 24, 2009 I purchased "Analog Novelty Hamburger Corded Desk Home Telephone " , after only 6 days, I have received my package. And until now, the phone runs well. Every friend come to my house has been fascinated by its lucky shape. Although I'm not very familiar with Internet online stores, I'm very satisfied from DinoDirect.com service and support. Also, this is not my first order from them, until now everything is OK with them. I recommend them as very good place to buy goods.
