I'm glad they've brought them down in price. They need to bring back the Baked Cherry Pie though.

I don't like real apple pie, so what do you suppose I think about these things?

These don't taste bad, but the shell sort of tastes like McDonald's hash browns. My theory is that old hash browns that are not consumed are injected with apple substitute paste with giant syringes, reheated, and served as a tasty dessert.

Only if they're freshly made. I never take the ones they have set on those warm plates for a long time. I'll wait an extra 10 minutes just to get a fresh batch...

Good when fresh, but of course at McDonald's fresh food is a rarity.

It isn't baked, it's not a pie, and it probably isn't apple. Do you need to know more?

Crisp outside, uncooked and doughy inside. The apple is super-sweetened, and it's 260 calories, which is quite alot for such a small piece of pie. Careful of the fried versions of the pie though. It's really raw on the inside, and it tastes nasty.

This pie, while it smells good and can rather tender if fresh, leaves me feeling rather nauseated because of it being too sweet. I would like to taste the fruit just a bit more.

More of a turnover of sorts than a pie, but it's pretty good. Cheap, two for a buck, it's a simple treat. I have to wonder how they can get the filling to be like molten lava, yet can't get my fries crispy half the time. Oh well.

I actually liked their older idea of an apple pie - at least then they knew it didn't resemble one but in name only - this new one is lousy - I always feel like crap after I'd eat one - therefore, I don't eat one anymore. Just go to your local greasy spoon.

pretty good if it is still pretty fresh and has not been sitting under the heat lamp for too long. It is not bad for a dessert,I order once in awhile. they also offer cherry pie.
