10/03/2002 | I stayed at the Westin in Denver. The staff acted like they were better than everyone else. My room assignment was changed while I went shopping and no one in the hotel would take accountability. RUDE staff. The view was incredible, but the carpet was stained, drapery falling off, furniture in disrepair.

04/09/2002 | I stayed at the one in Seattle, WA. It was for a church youth gathering, so it was extremely crowded and the elevator was slow. Still I had a good experience. I recommend it, although it is probably expensive.

03/02/2001 | Stay at a fair number of Westins. I like them. Some are getting a bit old but service is always good and rooms are really nice. Restaurants seem to be a bit pricy in relation to room cost but some good deals for the traveling busines-person. Their new bedding is really nice - a good idea but they may want to look at not putting down in every room. Shop around with Westin and you'll usually get a good rate and a solid, consistent accommodation.
