I am a consumer of one of Miklos Kohary's homes. The issues the showed up right off the bat were many and they would not call me back or help with any of the issues even during the first year of ownership. I am still trying to get them to correct issues and have corrected many myself.




It seems as if they make the homes look decent from a distance and on the surface, but once you scratch the surface they are put together with a lick and a promise. Their customer service is horrible, Deana, their receptionists acts as if she is so sorry that no one called back and cannot understand for the life of her why we are upset. This has been going on for a year and a half now. Others with his homes have the same issues.




I gave this two stars instead of one because I like the design of the homes and the use of decent quality appliances, but I have to tell you that the construction quality is marginal at the very, very best. Customer service skills are poor. I would love to list specifics, but I can not until my issues are resolved with them. I have never used the Attorney General's office for anything, but I am going to look into it.




Buyer beware. Construction companies like this make the good ones look bad.

Kohary uses illegal immigrants and unqualified subs to make as much money as fast as possbile. The quailty on his units a year out is horrible and we would never buy from him again. Be careful you can't trust this company. Oh and if you live near one of his construction projects get used to them working till 8 at night and all day Saturday.
