12/22/2005 | Overrated. Redskins defense was good when he wasnt playing. More hype than anything else. Washington needed a player to promote the team and sell people on them being any good and that guy ended up being Lavar.

05/23/2005 | He's overrated and hasn't really achieved alot yet in the NFL. Has anyone else noticed how the Redskins seem to have a great defense in recent years, so their players get over-rated, but they do terrible when put onto other teams? Champ Bailey is the perfect example, since Shawn Springs did just as good as he did in his place. I bet Fred Smoot will be a great example too this year for the Vikings. I think that Washington just has a good defensive scheme that makes decent players look spectacular.

07/09/2004 | Is becoming one of the greatest Linebackers in the NFL. He is also a great person. I had the pleasure to meet him before he became famous. He was so down to earth and seemed gracious that I recognized him. He was not wearing a shirt when I met him, trust me this was a very humbling experience. If I got hit by him I would be a dead man.
