Midcontinent says they will give you good internet, but the fact of the matter is, they can't. Lets start with Customer Support.Customer support is the worst part of this company, if you were to ask a guy to come out and see why your internet was running slow they would just say, "we are only responsible for getting the internet, to the computer", even if the speed is 1mb and your paying for 10. Price: Oh my god, the price is amazingly high for the service you get, we are paying 100$ for a 10 meg connection (and we only get 7) and yet, its always disconnecting, messing up, or lagging terribly.Speed: I would rather use dial up than these guys. Overall: NEVER EVER SIGN UP WITH MIDCONTINENT, I PROMISE YOU WILL BE MAD!
