this is the worst damn cable company in the U.S., they have more outages, repair problems, and one of the highest fee schedules allowed by law. service is almost non-existant. it takes hours and several phone calls to get any results on your complaint. The right hand does not know what the left hand is doing in this company. it is apparent that they are only interested in making a profit as they do not even offer to credit your bill for all the tiime lost unless it is a natural disaster is such large scope that they have to credit your bill.

The cable tv prices are stupid and the cable internet prices are stupid. To give you a idea how stupid the cable internet prices are:for around the same price you can get hight speed cable internet from comcast you get 64k cable internet from Galaxy. You do the math. GALAXY SUCKS!!!! I would NOT even offer this to TO the The LOCAL BULLIES.

I also hate this cable company! This the only service offered in our town. Poor picture quality (when they do work. Poor audio on several channels. Repairs yeah what a joke. They don't answer most of the time. Emails a joke also. They never answer those. We pay more than a local town and they get at least 60 more channels than we do. Their channel selection is a joke also. I honestly don't know how they stay in business. Probably because this is all that is offered to us. They have us over a barrel and there is nothing we can do about it and they know it.

I absolutely HATE this cable company! Too bad it is all we are offered in Peru, Nebraska. Galaxy offers a poor, poor selection of channels and it's a much smaller selection being that the channels hardly ever come in. To get others to understand how awful this is, "I would rather have a thousand channels and have pointless informercials show on all of them round the clock."

Have been trying to get decent quality cable service from this company for over three years now. Poor channel audio and video has gone unrepaired for over a year. They even blamed it on the old cable in my house, replaced it and the problem still exists plus I now have a hideous cable mess on the side of my house since they didn't bother to do a tidy semi hidden job of recabling. The 800 number for outage reports will not allow you to talk to a human being on weekends when the average Joe is home long enough to want to watch a movie. Outages have also never been prorated on billing. Would NOT recommend this company to my worst enemy!
