Arczip.com is a rip-off. I signed up for the program, tried downloading numerous times, but IE had problems withe dll program and had to close down my computer each time I attempted the download. Finally, I settled for a local ISP (rural area) and then was able to access info I needed to communicate with arc. I emailed and faxed until I was blue trying to get them to cancel my account. Was told tonight that it was cancelled, but my money (19.95) would not be refunded because I had not consulted their tech dept to try to resolve my issues. Well, I had no ISP and could not determine what the contact info was! Plus, I never, ever used the program, did not download it because there was an error with it according to MIcrosoft! I WANT MY MONEY REFUNDED! I AM A SENIOR CITIZEN; COULD THIS BE AN ELDER SCAM OF SORTS OR A CHEAP WAY OF GETTING MONEY UPFRONT FOR NO SERVICE. AND ROGER, THE CS REPRESENTATIVE WITH WHOM I SPOKE TONIGHT WAS NO CHARMER. HMMMMMMM. ARCZIP U NEED SOME LOVE!!!! AND I NEED MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!! forksviller

My credit card was charged twice in the first month. Billing / accounting is useless for help. If they suggest a supervisor will call you back ... don't hold your breathe. If it were not for this problem they would get 4 stars.

Have used ArcZip for three years. Called Tech three times in this period. Always immediate correct and immediate assistance. Off once due to change of access numbers - immediate new number provided. I like no software, just IE to connect. I have visited their site maybe five times in the 36 months. Like that too, use my 'home' areas.
