I never had a problem. Good, discount ink cartridges and good customer service that stands behind their products. No complaints.

I purchase my printer supplies from this company over 4 years now. I have cartridges for my Dell printer, Epson Stylus Pro R320, Brother MFC 210c and an old HP Laserjet printer cartridge. 9 out of 10 of my sales were without a problem. Even when I had a exploded cartridge in one of my shipments, they acted right away and send me a replacement. I especially like their constant follow ups and good customer service.

Purchased an ink cartridge in August 2005. When I installed the cartridge in April 2006 (well within the expiration time), it refused to work.

The company refused to do anything about the non-working print cartridge, because it was more than six months after I had purchased the cartridge. While this may sound reasonable, it isn't. I always try to have a spare print cartridge on hand. It just happened that the then current cartridge didn't run out of ink till last week.
There are a lot of companies that sell refills.
Stay away from PRINTCOUNTRY.COM.

They are not ethical.
