Judge Marilyn Milian is an awesome judge!

What you have here is a female TV judge that constantly interrupts & only wants to hear herself talk. No thanks.

Simply the best court TV show there is!!!

It's a TV show, she is not a real judge, she's a television personality. And the participants have to sign an agreement that her decisions are final and may not appeal. BULLSHIT! I have seen to cases today, and she wouldn't even listen to everything that anyone had to say. She cut off everyone when they would be talking, but anytime someone cuts her off she get upset. Hey, she just did it again. She's full of shit!

It's both informative and entertaining. Judge Milian maintains a fine balance between the serious and not-so-serious aspects of civil court.

Terrible. She needs to listen to all that appear and ask for all documents and thoroughly give verticts. Alot of her rulings are boring and not intersting.

Well first of all I think that she is the best judge on t.v. and she is so fun and full of life! I think she is really great!!! I like how she doesn't drone on about her casesm instead she is really funny and very, I don't know how to say it. I am watching her show right now! gotta go

I'm not a big fan of this judge. When she first started, they kept building her up as the first Latin or "spicy" judge. That sideline court reporter guy is annoying. He'll ask a question and he won't let the person answer it. When someone pisses her off, she starts screeching and most of her cases seem boring compared to other court shows.

Judge Milian is one hot pice of tail. I hear she is naked under her robe. I love to watch the show and pleasure myself to that firecracker judge milian. mmmm. she is way hotter than judge judy again, what a sweet piece of tail that is

I think Judge Milian is the best of all TV court judges. She is people savvy as well as legally savvy and she treats people with respect.

Judge Milian is clearly the best in every way. Just no contest. Real smart. Real street wise. Demeanor appropriate for the party/case. Definitely the best analysis and explanation of the reasons for her ruling. Most attractive and entertaining. 180 degrees from Judge Judy.

Judge Millian is a smark Cookie and 90% of the time I tend to see things her way. I saw her just waylay on an incompetent mother and grandmother one day and just loved it. Court shows are part of a very few programs on national tv that can keep my interest. Its fun to watch ignorant liars get what they have coming to them. Thats all most of these shows are. Lets watch the ignorant ones try to win some more free money! I love seeing them lose.

I like Judge Millian SOMETIMES. I disagree with some of her rulings but other times she's right on. Now if they would get rid of the annoying out on the street segment it would be a great show.

i just starting watching it but i love the show Judge Millian is a realy good judge and she is funny the peoples court is one of my favorite shows. It should come on more times a day instead of one.

Judge Millian is really smart and I like the way she handles herself. EDIT: I agree that People's court is going down the tubes. I used to like it, thought Marilyn was really smart, but lately she seems to let her personal vendettas do the judging.

I just watched an episode of The People's Court and it just disgusted me. It was the episode where a mother took her 6 yr old daughter to the salon to have her hair relaxed by a professional. The relaxer burned the little girls head and the mother decided to sue the salon owner. Now the mother was wrong in trying to get money for her kids head being burned because she should have had the stylist wash the relaxer from the girls hair when she said it was burning. However Judge Milian took it upon herself to critcize the mother for getting a relaxer for the kid period. Being a black woman I know the advantages in using a relaxer. We as black women use relaxers in order to manage our hair better, not to change our appearances no matter the age. Black women are more proud of their appearance than any other woman on this earth and in order to understand that i feel you have to be part of our culture. We are very happy with what god gave us. We're not the ones getting our breast bigger, taking out the inside of our thighs, puttin in calf implants, botox in the lips, botox in the eyes, pull this back, lift this up, take this out, turn this around. Her comments were out of control and to me she not only put down that woman standing in her courtroom, she put down black women all over the world for getting their hair relaxed.

I have been a fan of the people's court for some years now, Not Anymore. Talk about egomaniacs. It is my opinion That Judge Millian is a loud mouth bitch who need s a PENIS in her mouth so someone else could be heard. Judge Millian youre not an intercourseing STAR youre just a stupid bitch who needs to put down other people so you can feel good. why do you ask questions that have nothing to do with the case at hand, than before a person can answer you cut them off with a another queston.You, don't belong in a court you belong at the end a Penis facing forward.

judge millian is beautiful smart fair compassionate and tough when necessary. shes a perfect package.shes a great role model for any body to want to emulate.

It seems that more people have discovered Judge Milian because ratings for her show have picked up quite significantly. I, however, have always watched Judge Milian for her ability to make balanced rulings that always come with a clear and concise explanation of why she ruled the way she did. Excellent judge that keeps the show fun to watch but also serious when it comes time to respect the court and issue the verdict. Great show...

Love it!! She's fair, doesn't cut people down unless they deserve it. She can be hard but has a heart too. Perfect balance. I'm a fan of court shows. She's the best judge i've seen in a while.

I absolutely love Judge Millian.. I believe she does a great job as a judge. For one she doesn't base her ruling on if she decides she likes you or not. She is very fair in her decisions.. We may not always agree with a ruling.. But she does what the law intends and makes her rulings accordingly. Regardless of what she thinks! Oh Yeah! Don't let me forget to say that You GO Girl may be old school.. But she says it well *S*

Judge Millian is great. She gets down to business right away with each case and doesn't show any mercy.

Why is this number one. The judge is so annoying and she tries to be tough but she just embarasses herself all the time. Judge Judy is much better and has millions of more viewers than her.

I love the way that the Judge is calm but she still put's people in their place.

I enjoy watching Judge Millian and look foward to her judgements because of her firey latinio personality which adds spice to the People's court. She is fair and clearly has a much more pleasant demeanor interpreting the law than her counterpart so the average viewer can cut thru the legalese most of us find boring and confusing. While insults being hurled by both judge and litigants makes for good ratings, JMM doesn't need to degrade and demoralize her litigants. she is able to interpret the law so the audience is drawn into the case rather than the circus. YOU go girl!

this judge is the only judge that has been fair- I have seen Judge Judy call someone a liar, and by the look on their face, you could see that was not the case. I have seen Judge Millian give the ones who were jerks, but were in the right, their judgements - she had to look past them being jerks and give them the judgement they were asking for, because of the laws. She is fair, even though we may not always agree with her.

i enjoy watching her on tv. I think she is fair, intelligent, and very imformative. i think she does a great job at handling many situations because she is very analytical. sensational.

My husband and I do not miss People's Court every night at 5. We adore Judge Milian, she is the best there is as far as court shows go. Personality plus! We are in our 50's, and there doesn't seem to be a lot on TV that we like, but thankfully there is People's Court. We are glad that she does not allow people to scream and yell at each other like the other ones do.

She's beautiful, intelligent, good natured and real. To hell with bitch Judy.

Judge Marilyn Milian, despite her futile attempt at being hip with You go, girl! is a great judge. An experienced lawyer and courtroom prosecutor for many years in Miami-Dade County, this Janet Reno-understudy has found her own niche as an effective interpreter of the law for laymen and all persons alike. Sincere and just, Milian can also be tempermental, and will not take any excuses from those who outwardly undermine the law.

You GO GirL is an old and stupid comment to make. This judge is such a wannabe. She is coveniently PC when it suits her agenda. She lapses into a Rosanne Rosanna Danna voice. If someone else did that, I'm sure she'd be the first one crying about stereotyped accents. Her bailiff is a joke. Leaning on the bench? Playing Ed McMahon to her Johnny Carson? Maybe they should put a band in the courtroom. Come on shake your body baby, do that conga....HA!

I love Judge Milian. She has a great sense of humor and actually lets people speak, as opposed to Judge Judy. Judy plays the bitch card all the time but Milian is savy, funny, witty, and still doesn't put up with bull. Best Judge on TV!!!

I absolutely love Judge Milian. The best looking judge I've ever seen! Just got done watching the judge slam a $3000 judgment against a woman who gave away two dogs then after two months of second thoughts she stole back the dogs from the families that adopted them. A real scum bag that the judge TRASHED GOOD. GO GET'EM JUDGE!

I can't beleive the amount of petty lawsuits that plague both our civil and criminal court systems. Most shocking and disturbing of all is relatives suing each other. What family member can live with themselves after dragging their loved ones through court for a smidgen of money? I wish all of these court shows would just go off the air.

she is absolutely hands down the best judge on tv!!!!! doesn't let her emotions get in the way of her rulings. rules according to the law which is something only one other judge on tv does(judge hatchett). judge, i have absolute respect for you and i only pray my children grow up to have the morals and honor you portray. and i've been reading some of the comments and the former police officer is an idiot. my husband IS a police officer and you don't lock someone up for just being disrespectful in small claims. if that was the case judge judy would have been locked up along time ago. it's cops like you that get the police departments sued!! and just because she calls someone sweetie doesn't mean she is being inapropriate. with some people it is just habit. keep up the great work judge!!!

Great court show, not the best judge.

Judge Milian is like a breath of fresh air. If it wasn`t for her I bet the show would have been cancelled long ago. She`s beautiful, she`s smart, she`s compassionate. And best of all she doesn`t take no BS from anyone...I think she`s superb. My favourite quote of hers is ...."I wouldn`t believe you if your tongue came notorised" I also love it when she quotes in her native language and then gives the English meaning :D

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE Judge Milian on the People's Court. I look forward to the show every single day, because Judge Milian always makes my day. She is so explosive and so witty. You never know what she is gonna do next. She has such a special way with people. The People's Court is one of my favorite shows, and I worship Judge Milian. She's a tough, but very fair judge. I love you Judge Milian!!

Judge Millian does a great job. She gets tough on irresponsible people who use other people. I like one case where a man sued his ex-fiancee for the return of a family heirloom engagement ring. Judge Millian screamed at the irresponsible woman and gave the man back his money. In another case, a middle aged man sued a young exotic dancer for unpaid loans. Judge Millian rightfully gave the man back his money. I would use Poeple's Court if I had an ex-girlfriend who owes me money.

It's gone downhill. I loved Judge Wapner and I loved Judge Jerry, but I haven't liked anyone else on the bench.

people's court is cool. i just wish it didn't come on at the same time as texas justice.

i think the show is entertaining. the people are ridiculously funny. however, am i the only one who notices judge milian always wear the same pair of hoop earrings? hmmm...

I absolutely LOVE the People's Court! (As suggested by my User Name). Judge Milian is really quite intelligent, and is equally compassionate and authoritative. She treats the litigants with respect, unlike Judge Judy, who treats them like dirt. Judge Milian is just and goes above and beyond the call of duty by giving each case her utmost attention and scrutiny. She serves as a role model for males and females alike because of her fairness and public service. I find it refreshing that at least one TV court judge speaks Spanish, considering it is the most frequently spoken language in America next to English. Judge Milian is someone to whom we can relate and someone who does not garble or try to mask her opinion in legal jargon. She talks to each litigant with respect and is not afraid to speak her mind. She is straightforward and honest, and I think that every judge should be as 'to the point' as she. She definitely does not mince words and is blunt without being rude. I really like how at the end of each case, Harvey gives the audience a lesson in the law and explains how we can prevent legal disputes. I too enjoy his clever comments throughout the show and also when Curt tries to get the litigants riled up at the end of each case during the interviews! Douglas also is quite humorous and quick witted when he has something to say as well! Hysterically funny crew members and Judge Milian's spunky personality and charm are what makes the People's Court like no other TV show. 5 stars for Judge Milian and the People's Court crew! May this show always provide people with the enjoyment with which I have been provided.

The People's Court seems to have gone off the air in NYC. ABC is making a big mistake because it is a great show, Judge Marilyn Milian has a terrific style, and I miss the show very much. Not only won't I watch its replacement, I am going to stop watching ABC Thursday, and Frasier.

Judge Marilyn Milian is awe-inspiring. She is a very honorable person. She holds up her reputation, others might buckle under the pressure she is under. Being the first female, hispanic judge on The People's Court has to be hard. Plus she ended up with instant fame she didn't think she was going to get. She has had many accomplishmens in her time so far and will have many more. The show keeps your eyes and ears on the screen waiting for a remark or a laugh. Laughter is contageous. I wrote an e-mail for an autographed picture and I received one with my name on it and everything. She doesn't hae to do that.

I love the People's Court. I have been in court due to a dog attack. The judge was very much like some of the TV judges in that he was a real human and not just a gavel and gown with an attitude. My judge was fair and had a sense of humor. Also, when the defendent got an attitude during the verdict the judge told him that he had changed his mind and brought the house down on his pointed head. I've seen Judge Judy do that many times. I love the People's Court with Judge Milian better than any of the other court tv programs. She is warm and I think she is fair.

I love Judge Milian. She is the only judge on TV I can watch. She is fair, compassionate and doesn't humiliate people. She keeps order, and is firm, and she really lets BAD GUYS have it! She is the kind of person you'd want in your corner if someone was victimizing you. She also takes time to research cases and goes beyond the call of duty. I think that no matter how the judgement comes down, litigants can be sure they're getting a fair judgement from her. My daughter loves her too, and she doesn't like court shows usually. We hate the ones where people are just yelling. There's enough tension in life without that. But it's refreshing to see someone, especially a woman, act wisely and with authority. The judge is a great role model for girls.

I like Marilyn, shes too cool. Finally a breath of fresh air, after I almost choked on the stale "dont pee on my pantleg" Bull from Judge Judy.

The Honorable Judge Milian is the best judge I've ever seen on TV or otherwise. Her incisive knowledge of law, as it varies from state to state, is applied deftly and with compassion, humor and boundless charm. Marilyn brings both perfect law and boundless entertainment to "The People's Court." I watch her show ever day it's on. She's simply the best there is, and light years ahead of trashy fare like judge Judy, et al.To her Honor, Judge Milian: You have my deepest adniration and respect.
