need a slide arm for a Winchester model 270, it is the metal rod that actually attaches to the trigger mechanism, mine broke where it attaches to the wood forearm, Anyway if anyone know where one is available please advise. I love that gun and need that part, numrich was no help, they didnt have one. I found one on ebay but was outbid when i didnt pay attention to the close date on the bid. advise at aircopflores@yahoo.com

This is a Tough little Pump .22 I have used mine for years, as a Coonhunting Rifle. Here in East Texas, the Brush is thick the Short little .22 handles well and has held up extreemly well. Mine has a Rebuilt Weaver 4X Scope, and a one hand adjustable Sling. This Rifle is used year Round, and is one of the most accurate rimfires I have ever used.

Try Numrich arms for a feed rod

I have a 270 that came down to me from my grandfather. It is a sweet 22 cal pump which takes shorts, longs and long-rifle cartridges, mix-and-match, interchangeably. The only things I don't approve of are the plastic/nylon parts, the pump slide cover (if that is the correct name) and the front sight. I understand the sight, in particular, is hard to replace.

Great little .22. Nice pump. Great sights and balance. Great squirrel gun. But, I lost the feed rod and can't find another one!

I've never heard of a model 270. Are we talking about the Model 70, perhaps?
