Dakota Arms Traveler 5

I have owned a Winchester supreme for now over twelve months. In that time I have my DTL scores and sporting scores have increased. Don't under rate a well-balanced shotgun. My fellow shooters have far more impressive guns and I still find the balance in the supreme very good. Manufactured in Belgium and produced by Browning the Supreme is a good starting shotgun.

Dakota Arms Traveler 5

The Dakota 76 Traveler is quite probably the finest takedown sporting rifle that has ever been designed and manufactured. The quality of wood and workmanship is what has come to be expected of Dakota, and the metalwork is as if it has come from the finest gunsmithing shops in the country, but that is only the starting point for this innovative rifle. The takedown design and long list of available chamberings, plus the opportunity to order an additional barrel in a different chambering, makes it the best single choice for that hypothetical question of: If you could only have one rifle?... Riflemen who know and understand premium quality, and have seen the 76 Traveler, either already own one, are waiting for delivery, or dream of the day they will be able to order one. A visit to the annual Safari Club convention speaks volumes, as the attendees compress around the Dakota Arms booth, and then drool over the Travelers on display. That, of course, is only part of the story. The rest comes at the range, with those greatly satisfying groups; and on the hunt, with a rifle that is as dependable as a Rolex watch when the going gets tough and serious. When the hunt is over, break it into its two parts, pack it in its "briefcase", and head home
