The service and delivery was great. I quite sure it was my error because I was looking for a specific color racket bag on many sites. I found the ORANGE one I wanted, but must have inadvertantly ordered the item through a company that only had the item in red. I returned it without a problem and was able to then order the color I needed a few days later when it once again became available. KM
