This product takes a long time to warm up and doesn't get very warm. I would not recommend it at all. Way too expensive for such poor quality!

I will never be without one and have recommended the Restwarmer to ALL of my friends! Simply amazing, especially during winter and it warms up very quickly! I promise, if purchased you will not be disappointed. I purchased two of them (one for myself and the other for my daughter) about five years ago, both are still operating wonderfully (even after washing numerous times), but had to purchased another one for my 16 year-old son who seemed to never want to leave my room after plopping his butt down on my warm bed!

I bought a king-size Restwarmer last fall and have used it every night without any slight problem. This is no nonsense product; it helped on many damp and cold nights during winter. I liked this comfortably warm mattress so much that I bought another for my son. Although I understand the 10-hour temperature setting is primarily for safety, I personally would like a 12-hour setting. I tend to get up in the middle of night and write a couple hours, then go back to bed, and oftentimes I need a little more than 10 hours of heating at one setting without having to reset for another 10-hour period. I've been increasingly dissatisfied with poorly manufactured products from China these days, and I am very happy that I decided on this Westpoint Stevens mattress, another great American product. The users' comments posted here helped grealy for my decision.

This is a great product. It allows for control of the heat to either side of the bed and within a half hour the bed is comfortably warm. Simply put I recommend this product to all who want a warm bed without turning up the heat in the whole house.

I bought this about 6 months ago. After a month, I decided it was not for me.
It worked OK, but needed a heavy blanket to keep my body warm from the cool room air.
I replaced it with an electric blanket and now am happy as a clam.
