Had a great overall experience with kdjewelers.com
My girlfriend doesn't like to look like everyone else, and loves unique jewelry that grabs attention and comments. So had been searching and comparing prices for murano glass jewelry, specifically the "Alan K" collection. I ended up finding (what I thought was really cool) and stingray leather heart pendant in black.
The packaging was extremely professional, better than any high end store I have seen. The piece also looked much better than I expected and the stingray feels amazing, almost a 3D like surface. It was slightly bigger than I expected, although the measurements were quite accurate. Bottom line, my girlfriend absolutely loves it and wears it all the time (which makes me feel good to see that she doesn't just say so...)
The customer service was very helpful when I had questions about taking 15% off using the coupon through paypal. Apparently, paypal doesn't accept the coupon and it only works properly directly through their website or google checkout (paypal checkout through their website does discount, but just not through paypal's website). They (KD Jewelers) told me if I use paypal to just leave a note in the payment or just purchase the item and they will automatically give me a partial refund for the 15% difference.
-I forgot to leave a note in the box when purchasing, but that wasn't an issue, they gave me 15% off.
They only have e-mail customer service "for now", however they respond quickly and professional. My girlfriend will be purchasing again from their store.

I loved the jewelry i got from the kdwelers.com website. I got a very beautiful heart pendant and matching earrings. And it was all presented in a amazing box. My mom loved my stuff so much i was forced to buy her a gift as well (she pointed what she wanted i used my credit card info :(. I even got a 15% discount!!! I totally recommend it!!
