04/07/2007 | If only they hadn't cancelled the show, if only they could have encouraged other franchises like Excalibur, X-Force or X-Factor to have a show of their own;if only there were more episodes to watch, if only they gave their fans more to cheer about...if only, if only,...well, overall, even when we've heard the saying "All good things must come to an end", we all know that only time will tell whether or not the X-Men cartoons were a waste or an investment in the future of the franchise. To me, there would be more of a waste if that material and any other material not used for the franchise, is a waste. So I hope they take it (the franchise) as far as they can

10/24/2005 | This was by far one of the best cartoon's of the 90's. It stayed true to the comic book and the animation of that time was pretty much outstanding. There was not a single weak character in that show. From the sheer brilliance of Beast, the fiestiness of Rogue to the anger of Wolverine this cartoon caught each character's personality well and unfolded their stories in a non-mawkish manner, but more mature and real. The best thing about this cartoon is that it's audience didn't just appeal to kids, but adults enjoyed it too.

12/26/2003 | I always LOVED X-Men. I was so excited when they brought it back to Fox after the first movie came out in theatres. Every character acted as I would imagine from the comic books, and it appealed to both those who had read the comics for years and those who had never picked one up.

10/15/2003 | This was one of the better cartoons to come out of the 90's. The stories for each show pretty much stuck with the plots and concepts of the comic books. Some of the stories may have become a little insane. However, if that's the case, then you would have to take that up with the original comics. Along with shows like Spider-man and Fantastic Four/Iron Man, Marvel was able to deliver top knotch cartoons in the 90's. X-Men were the standard bar, and they set that standard pretty high.

06/01/2003 | The is my favorite show! It fused television and comics perfectly. Rogue and Gambit were my favorite couple. The characters and stories were great. X-men redefined cartoons. Did I mention I loved Gambit? :-)
