07/08/2008 | The only way this energy drink "strikes back" is in the horrible after taste. Not worth the $2 you pay for it. I have to give them some kudos however, the marketing is great, the bottle design is fantastic. So misleading.

08/07/2005 | Ater trying other energy drinks, like Red Bull (which to me tastes like carbonated cough syrup) and Amp, I liked the refreshingly different taste of Venom. The added bonus of a higher amount of caffeine and Vitamin B complex than Red Bull didn't hurt either. Slightly citrus-grapefruit taste with a kick. Not bad, better than most.
