This particular company has several locations, this review refers to the Moss Bay facility All of the therapists at this facility are terrific. Personable and professional, and highly skilled at their craft. All have advanced credentails, years of training at various facilities, which has bee reflected again and again in their success with fully treating patients. There are no assistants employed, so all treatments are done one-on-one with the actual therapists. The "ok" rating comes from the process of getting to one of these fantastic therapists. To do so, one must first navigate around the inexplicable incompetence of the administrative staff. The rude, condescending tones of the receptionists make one hesitate to telephone the facility more than once and "customer service" is a term woefully absent in their vocabulary. From the tacky, personal conversations held in plain view of waiting patients to the snapping at clients on the telephone, the time spent waiting for an appointment to begin are made uncomfortably annoying. It should be noted that an employee loosely billed as their "office manager" is not only present in these all-to-frequent displays of childish tantrums, but quite often a participant. Lastly, there must be made mention of their "billing department", which consists of one desk with a single employee. With the door open at all times, his cursing and blatant insulting of patients and insurance companies alike both on and off the telephone are clearly audible to clinic clientele. While the therapists in this clinic are,without a doubt, some of the best in the business, the administrative staff alone makes one shudder to employ their services. Many other clinics with qualified therapists exist, and until this facility can get a handle on it's own administrative staff, I'm afraid I'd have to recommend another.
