Nice people, they came out and walk my roof to find a leak. They came down and told me that I was missing a few shingles. (which was a relief I thought I needed a new roof) They were able to match the shingles and fix the problem that day.

I called to set an appointment for a roof inspection due to my roof leaking the last heavy rain we had. When I called, I was told a specialist could be out the next morning at 9. Prompt and on time at 8:55 he was calling on the phone to let me know he was at my door. He did the inspection and found the areas of my problems. (Without me having to ask) and while he was up there he made a temporary repair to my roof to prevent any more damage due to more rain coming that day. After he finished his inspection/repair he came down and was very helpful in telling me what my problems were and what my options were. I could have the areas repaired that were leaking or replace the entire roof. Even though I did replace my whole roof I didn't feel like I was being pressured into that, only giving the facts so I could make my own decision. Asking for my estimate and how much I owed for the temporary fix I was told nothing and to have a nice day. After checking references (which were gladly provided to me) I decided to use Houston Roofing Specialist and I'm so glad I did. The workmanship and helpfulness was second to none. I would use them again and refer them to everyone I know.

This company came out on a weekend and fixed my leaky roof. The guy was really nice and explained everything to me. The prices were also very reasonable. I would recommend them.
