Beware! This company rates a zero on customer service. They make promises that they cant and wont deliver on. They are disorganized and rude. If anything at all goes wrong with any aspect of the process they will blame you and make it your problem. They dont return calls. They dont make deadlines for delivery and they dont apologize. If this is the way you like to shop then roll the dice and take a chance, after all its only a few thousand dollars!

Purchased a new Matag fridge from these folks. Spent $2300. The delivery guys damaged the shelving and by trying to force it into place and hid the damage before they brought it into the house. Shelves collapsed 10 minutes after the van drove away. Now all we get from Albert Lee is non-returned phone calls from their customer service department and finger pointing back to Maytag that it is not their problem any more. Don't you think they would want to do what was need to fix a $5.00 dollar problem and gain some customer satisfaction?

I purchased a refrigerator from them by phone. (I already knew what model I wanted). They said they had it in stock, and we could have it delivered whenever we were ready. We bought it before construction was complete in the remodeled room. When we were ready to take delivery, they had sold our unit to someone else, and could not get a new one for us for a month! When I asked for some compensation for the delay, they only offered me the ability to cancel the entire order, not any discount for the inconvenience. It wasn't until after I cancelled my order (still awaiting credit card refund -- hopefully no problem there...) that they offered so much as an apology. I would have been a good customer for them in the future, but not now.

Delivered dryer that did not get the clothes dry. Sent repairman that could not fix the problem After 3 repair visits we were told that is just the way this design (Frigidaire) performs. Nice guys but they dilivered defective merchandise and say it is not their problem.
