My Husband and I just got our new wedding rings from Littman Jewelers in Waldorf, MD. The staff was awesome and very nice! We got awesome financing, and have 1 year with 0% financing to pay off the rings. The staff told us it would take 3 days to size our rings, and we got our rings on time. The rings were sized correctly and looked beautiful. I was a little skeptical about going there because of the reviews on here, but I am very happy with my choice. The same wedding set I had been shopping around for was $500 cheaper at Littman's. I highly recommend doing business with Littman's Jewelers. Not only do they have great prices, but they have good staff and beautiful jewelery. I will do my future jewelery purchases with Littman's for now on.

My husband and I both got our wedding bands from Littman's...wish I had gone to a real jeweler instead! We ordered the rings and they needed to be sized so after about a month we got a call that his rings was in, mine had to be special ordered since it was such a small size. We drove the 40 minutes to the store, waited 20 minutes while they looked for the ring, only to find out it wasn't even ordered in the right size or they people that sized it, sized incorrectly. Ok try again, they sent it out again, I did not get a call for another month, I called the store and no it was not it yet. The ring still needed to be engraved, which they wouldn't do without it being in the right size and now it is only a month and a half until the wedding. Finally I got a call, I had them measure the ring against on the ring sizer and it was ther size we ordered so I had them send it out for engraving. 3 Weeks go by and no call about the ring being ready, now two weeks before the wedding, we were at the mall taking care of other things and decided to stop in a see if maybe by chance the ring was there, it was, again after about 15 minutes of looking for it...thanks a lot for the call, not what a bride needs just before the wedding. They packed everything up and off we went, they even forgot to charge us for the engraving. They are very unorganized and do not communicate with their customer or with each other very well at all. We have a service contract for my ring since there are diamonds, can't wait to see how that works out...

I have not had a problem with any of my jewelry from the store, but the finance problems. I am trying to pay my account off early and paid my account two weeks before it was due, only to learn that because I paid it early they charged me a late fee, what a bunch of crooks. This is nothing more than a way to cheat customers out of money and ruin your credit rating. Michelle, Chattanooga, TN

On December 24th 2007, mu husband bouth the only Yellow Diamond they had at the store that I had been wanting. Merry Christmas sound great until we opened the box that was wrapped at the store and the ring was not in the box. We have been battling with the store since 12/26/2007. They continue to claim the ring was in the box. They have their payment and now they have another ring for me. I am very diappointed in their customer service as well as their honesty.

My Boyfriend bought me a diamond xoxo bracelet for christmas 2006. I had it a week before it broke. It just snapped at the hinge. We took it back & they exchanged it with no problem. A few weeks later it did the same thing. I took it back again & they again replaced it. I addressed my concerns as to why this was happening & the manager said "obviously you are being too rough with it. Try & be more careful". This ticked me off. She had no idea if I'd been rough with it. I wear it on my wrist & I work in an office daily, how rough can I be on it. Sure enough a few weeks later I looked down at my wrist & the bracelet was GONE! I retraced my steps for weeks & never found it. I went to the store since it was guaranteed & was told that the guarantee was void unless I actually had the bracelet in my hand. I had 2 documents from this bracelet breaking within a month of purchase. I had to write a letter to thier main headquarters & they did replace the bracelet after many weeks. This time I asked how much it would cost to get a chain attached so if it broke again it would not fall off. The employee could not give me a price for that but she did tell me that doing that would void my warranty! How can trying to improve something or prevent it from getting lost void a warranty? I got creative & threaded some thin fishing line through the bracelet so that if it did break it would stay on my wrist. Sure enough a few months later it broke in the same place. This is now the 4th bracelet that had the same problem. Some of the diamond chips have also fallen out. I asked if we could get a refund this time & they say that it's past the refund period we can only get store credit. I should have asked for a refund the first time this happened. Now I am stuck with a very expensive peice of jewlery that I'm scared to wear.

What started as a good experience is now turning fairly sour. I purchase a diamond wedding band a Littman in Orlando at the end of 09/2007. I live in north Florida and when a diamond fell out after less than a month, I contacted the store. Fortunately for them (since the ring is guaranteed), I found the diamond and overnighted everything to them. The next day after receiving the ring, their gemologist reset the stone. The sales person told me they would Fedex overnight back to me. So I took the day off to receive and sign for the ring. When I called and subsequently checked the tracking number, I noted that it was for third day delivery. And this after explicitly being told it would be overnight! I am disappointed in their communication abilities and that the diamond fell out so quickly. When I spoke to them about that and asked that they check all the stones, they said I had probably hit it on something. I explained that their little ring sat next to one with much larger diamonds, thus protecting it! My next step will be to bring the ring to my jewelers to have it completely checked. After which I intend to submit the bill to Littman for payment. Overall, nice ring / poor sales communication!

I ordered a wine stopper/neck set for an anniversary gift. Having not received it after 9 days past my order, I called. The owner answered, and made me feel as if he didn't have time for my nonsense, and that he would call me the next day after he had figured out what happened to the order. When I didn't hear from him, I called him and was informed that he had sent it UPS the previous afternoon. I asked him "So are you telling me that the item wouldn't have been shipped if I called yesterday?" he said I was being silly and that it was to be delivered EVENTUALLY. The site also charges a minimum of $8 for shipping! He didn't even have it UPSed for next day...just standard, meaning I didn't get it in time. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS GUY...HE IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE.

My sister bought her engagement rings at Littman's jewelers and after a year decided to have them insured since they had spent a lot of money. When they were appraised they learned that the rings were only worth a 1/4 of what they had paid. The diamonds were of poor quality and the rings had been plated. Needless to say they area rip off and I would never shop there.

I have had nothing but problems with my engagement ring that my fiance purchased from Littman jewelers. It has been in for repairs 6 different times in less than a year. The manager of the store I worked with is so not helpful and actually blames me for some of the problems with my ring. I am finally in the process of returning the ring and my wedding band and going to a different jeweler for a much better ring.
