Busch Gardens Howl-O-Scream is very good this year. The shows are great they usually last about 30-45 minutes. They have added a couple of new attractions this year I would highly recommend "Cursed" which is a new maze with scares behind every corner. Daniel Moretz

Great park, I have been going here since I was a kid. I am disappointed that they had to close the Big Bad Wolf because it was the first roller coaster that I ever went on :(Howl-O-Scream is an absolute blast! Every year they have new things going on there-this year they will also have Christmas celebrations for the first time ever!!!The park is nice and clean, the people are nice, and they have good entertainment-not to mention it has a nice location-Williamsburg, VA-one of the most quaint historical places in Virginia! :)

Well to start off I live in Cincinnati. The major theme park around me is Kings Island which has some great roller coasters. We got a 7 day pass at Busch Gardens for a very reasonable price. The height restrictions are a little more forgiving for the little ones. My 4yr old was able to ride stuff he couldnt at Kings Island. The park is very clean and there are always shows going on. I never had to wait long to ride any of the attractions. The pass we bought included admission into Busch Gardens and Water Country USA which was close by. The kids absolutely loved it and so did we. Thats why we are going back again this year.

Busch Gardens took a step above the other amusement parks and added the theming of different countries for different parts and then themed the rides accordingly. The roller coasters may be few, but they only NEED a few, the rides are so thrilling. For one they have the only interlocking-loop roller coaster left in the world, one of the few suspended coaster left, and the tallest vertical diving machine. The shows are not a typical amusement park show, they have it choreographed amazingly well, the Irish dance show is one definately that need to be seen at least once while in the park. The food is also desirable, they have the huge dining hall in Germany with great food, and then while they were at it, they added a show to it! You get lunch and a show there!Busch Gardens and King's Dominion may be Virginia's only 2 major amusement parks, but both are worth going to without a doubt.

Busch Gardens is a fun place, and seems to be a step above your 6 Flags or your Dorney Park as far as the "cheese" factor... Lots of animal exhibits (I came within 5 feet of an uncaged Bald Eagle when I was there), but the coasters are the real draw, and they do not disappoint.

WARNING: You can take a backpack into the park, but you CAN NOT take it in line at a roller coaster. You have to leave it with someone or pay to use a locker by the coaster ($1 per use and you have to buy tokens to use them). You can no longer have the backpack placed on the exit side as you get on the coaster.

Busch Gardens Williamsburg is a good park with great themed rides, and amazing shows. However they only have four rollercoasters, and don't have a single wooden one. We also found that the park was a bit overprice, and nothing really hit us to make us want to say Wow! I really want to do that again!

The rides are the best rides I have ever been on. So if you live in the Virginia are please get your self to Busch Gardens. It is Amazingly fun.

We ate at the German place, I could have used my sandwich for a bat so I only ate the meat not the WWII era bread. My family and I have been to all the major theme parks in Florida also Hershey Park, Cedar Point, Michigans Adventure, ETC and I have never before felt the food cost too much, Busch Gardens Williamsburg was over priced in our opinion Rosehines@msn.com

Busch Gardens had advertised itself as being rated the most beautiful amusement park in the world . . . and rightfully so. The natural beauty surrounding the park is breathtaking--very little of the natural surroundings were disturbed in installing the five roller coasters and other attractions they feature. As far as the roller coasters go, they are few in number, but they are incredible--the Loch Ness Monster takes you through the forest, over the lake, into a cave, upside-down and all over the place; Apollo's Chariot's first drop is a HUGE rush! Those over the age of 21 can sign up for a "Beer class", where they teach you how they make beer and have samples for those who want it. There is a wonderful children's area, with friendly-looking dragons and all sorts of things to play with that make me wish I were young again! The food is great, the staff is friendly, the admission prices are fair. This park truly has something for everyone!

I think I just like the whole idea of amusement parks since I have not come across one that I really did not like as of yet. Had another fraternity formal in college at Williamsburg , VA and went to Busch Gardens the following day. Now the nice thing about this place is that they have a huge Beer Garden (being owned by Anheuiser Busch) and that was kind of a fun thing ot do the day after a big formal party. After the beer garden , we went to the park and went on all of the rides and it was a really fun time. I would say that this park was not as nice as the Busch Gardens in Tampa, FL, but not by much.
