I personally love this phone, it is the best phone i have had so far. even thought i have the pink gloss not the black. i love that it has the full key board much easier then the regular phone if you text a lot. it's a flip phone not the sliding one that i know breaks very easily so that's a plus. also the camera on the phone is excellent, doesn't really show up that well on the actual phone, but if you upload it to a computer or send it to your email it's quality of the picture changes to a much better quality and has been better then some of the digital camera's i have had.(even though i haven't really had the best of cameras) but anyways, the durability of this phone is pretty strong like all the other samsung models. over all i must say that this is a pretty good phone, the best one i would say that there is in the whole uscelluar network.

The drive is sturdy although made of plastic. I got the gloss black version which does collect finger prints, but who cares. It works and is small enough for me to carry. The extra plug is a small annoyance really. If I am not burning, i don't put the extra plug in. When I am burning, i usually have no need for anything else on my laptop. Big deal to make sure it works with the proper amount of power. Good drive!

I needed an external DVD reader/writer mainly to load software onto my Acer 1410 which does not have a drive, and this Samsung drive works perfectly for me. The drive comes with Nero 8 "Essentials", which is a basic OEM suite of utilities for use with the drive. I find it neither great nor bad. If you need any of the utilities, it does the job. The drive itself does not use external power. It uses 2 USB ports. Some people claim it also works with only 1 USB port, but I have not tried it. Installing the drive couldn't be easier. I took it out of the box, plugged it into my system, and was up and running in probably a minute. The Nero software installed without issue. I loaded several programs from DVD onto my system without problems. I tried burning a couple of DVD's, and they all completed successfully and faster than expected. Although I have no intention to watch movies on my my netbook, I did pop a movie into the DVD drive, and it played without issue using Windows Media Player. I'm happy with the drive and does exactly what I bought it for.

I purchased the drive to use with my HP Mini because it didn't require an external power supply. When I got it I found that the proper connection to the computer requires two USB ports no more that about 4 inches apart. This is something my mini doesn't have. The purpose of the plugs is to provide adequate power to the drive and is not guaranteed to work if you only use one plug. So far on my machine it is working while using only one of the plugs but may not be the case on all machines.

I bought this product because of the company's reputation. And I was not surprised with the obvious quality of the product. This worked right out of the box. I am using it with my ACER mini-note/netbook.
