08/27/2008 | They're really cheap and it sometimes makes consumers a little hesitant to buy them. Bon Bons are decent quality, though. They look pretty and go on smooth. They don't dry very fast, but aren't slow either. They chip as fast as any other nail polish chips. They're offered in a lot of different colors. The down falls: They dry out fast and they come in very small bottles.
