I purchased one in 1/2005. Wish I had seen the earlier reviews. It is definitely a LEMON. I experienced all of the problems in these reviews. I did get the first one replaced. There was a constant 'waterfall' sound day and night. The second one was quiet, but the fridge section gets warm; food spoils; freezer ices up. water flows out of bottom when id finally defrosts. I've had numerous repair calls - esentially defrosting the freezer to allow the air flow to go up to fridge. There is no solution to the problem. Worst design flaws ever. Frankly, I will never buy another GE PRODUCT AGAIN. I previously had a Sub-Zero and never had a problem. The Monogram is effectively a $5000.00 closet

We have been very disappointed with both the quality and design of the GE Monogram Refrigerator. In less than a year, the ice maker has broken twice (two difference problems) and the freezer tray slides fell apart and the ice maker distributes ice to the bottom of the freezer so that when you open the door, ice spills onto the kitchen floor. I could write this off as a lemon, but the GE repairman (who has been here several times) said he sees these problems on the majority of the GE Monogram Refrigerators. I have had lots of refrigerators in my lifetime all of them much less expensive than this one. This GE has the worst quality and most design flaws of any I have ever owned. GE should be embarrassed by this model and you will be making a big mistake if you purchase it.

Don't buy it because it looks good. This Refrigerator dosen't work. I have had 2 GE Monogram Refrig in 1 year and was able to get GE to take it back. The unit temp says -14 Frezzer, and +48 upper refrig. It also gurgles when operating. Save your money and food. Don't, I repeat Don't buy it.

The Monogram ZIC360 is a nice looking model with some nice features, but mechanically it's lemon -- junk compared to the Sub Zero that it replaced. We've had the tech out numerous times and the main problem is that if the freezer drawer is left open even a little bit (which is easy to do as there is no self-closing mech like Sub Zero and the others have), the plumbing between the freezer and the fridge gets clogged and the ONLY way to clear it is to empty the refrigerator and let it air out (defrost/thaw) for 48 hours. This is according to the GE techs who have been to our home, and per our experience. We've lived out of coolers three times in the year we've owned it. Our neighbors purchased a unit at about the same time as we did and they have had so many problems that GE finally replaced their entire unit. Unfortunately GE has been unwilling to take our unit back despite the best efforts of our attorney.
