 | Limpin' Trenchfoot (18) 03/15/2007 | In answer to the above question....'not me for a start'. I borrowed this off some bloke who's big into this kind of nonsense. Morbid lyrics, unpleasant vocals and bl**dy widdly guitar soloing. He can have it back sharpish. What saves this from a 1 star is that it's not the type of AOR tosh as purveyed by t*ssers such as Journey and Kansas. Still, it is b*ll*cks.

 | Guava Monkey (4) 04/18/2005 | Clearly, people marking this down have never heard it or they'd be making some comment. Anyway a classic of clever metal. Admittedly Mustaine's voice is not great but the compositions are tight, unformulaic and the playing's top notch.

 | mrzappa (0) 08/09/2004 | Super heavy rock from the band Metallica always WISHED they were. Dave Mustaine, despite (or possibly because) of his demons writes some of the best, most pointed lyrics in metal. He is at his best here. Raw, uncompromising and with incredible musicianship, this is an album every metal fan should hear.
