I have tried several Cognac's including this one, Courvoisier Exclusif which is terribly harsh compared to Napoleon. I have also tried Courvoisier XO which is great, very mellow & tasty, but Napoleon is smoother and about $30 to $40 less. So far this is #1 for me regardless of price.
I will be trying Martell Cordon Bleu, Gautier XO, Hennessy XO, Bache-Gabrielson XO, Hardy XO, as well as all other San Francisco double gold winners of 2009.
