1. Make up any email addresses with one of the following domains:
[anything]@TempInbox.com
[anything]@BeefMilk.com
[anything]@LookUgly.com
[anything]@SmellFear.com

2. Give a temporary email address away to the potential sender (spammer).
3. Come to the site and check this email. Enter the name you have chosen, check out the terms and conditions, then click "Check Mail".
