I will admit it's weird to board and deplane all your flights on one of those staircases-on-wheels from Arrested Development, but then the weather here is always good, so it's not a problem unless it happens to be raining. It's very easy to access Mineta by car -- no problems in and out, which is more than I can say for all the other Bay Area airports. SJC is currently finishing a third terminal, but they really should have upgraded the other terminals first, and diversified the food options.

What a nightmare if you have a connecting flight here! I would assume this is mostly a destination or departure airport why american airlines had me connect here from san diego to New York is another story.It was Very crowded they really need to expand!

At least it's not like Oakland, but it needs a definite upgrade- an airport that has close to a million in the city population is still acting like one from the old-fashioned small town airports. Why do you still walk on ground level to get to your flight and not go in a jetway?

An embarrassment to Silicon Valley. I hope the new upgrades help.
