itis the most convenient thing on the market... after lunch, before a meeting. I keep it in the my bag, and am never without it .... it leaves yout mouth fresh, and your teeth feel smooth and clean... like you just brushed... all you do is add a little water, into the packet.... it is like your cup, just rinse, add a little more water, rinse again.... and throw away... what could be easier.... the greatest....
