This little TV works fine with the exception of the picture quality. The screen is bright and colorful but low resolution. It's OK if you're watching it from 10' away but from 3' away it's quite grainy. I returned it and will be looking for one with a better picture. My understanding is that the Viore brand has 3 times the number of pixels. Q

When I 1st attempted to purchase cost was $95.00 but it wouldn't take my check information therefore order did not process so when I went back in to give credit card info the cost had gone up so didn't get at lower price which did not make me happy. Once got it,with the antenna supplied could only get 6 channels (4 of which were spanish, which I am not)could only get 1 local channel. After putting a different atenna (one we had) now get 13 channels, 4 spanish, 4 church, 2 local and couple of other ones not normally watched. Other than that the picture comes in nice & clear and I would recommend it. We put in on our patio and for what we wanted it for it works just fine.

I just spoke with customer service at HAIER. THEY ONLY GUARANTEE THIS PRODUCT FOR 90 DAYS - and will provide you with Parts only for a year. I rarely used this little tv. When I set it up on my table to finally use it on a regular basis, it worked for maybe a week and then I like many others here got the error message "NO DATABASE FOUND". BAD PRODUCT - BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE - BAD COMPANY!

My problems with this TV were not the fault of the TV. The rural area in which I live has only one TV station and its signal is not strong since the switch to digital. I had a radio which received the sound from our local station before the digital switch, but it no longer works. I could not find a radio which received the digital sound, so I purchased this unit to replace my old radio. Our signal was so weak that I could not get it to tune without a cable. But it works fine when hooked up to a cable. My primary complaint is that the unit does not always receive the signal for the remote. Sometimes I have to try two or three or even four times before the sensor receives the signal and does what I want it to do. Also the picture is great if you look at it straight on, but not so good if you view it from the side or above or below.

Not worth talking about it has a hard time picking up channels I had a analog Casio 2" that could pick up the world I was going to replace it with the Haler but when I took it into the factory I think it forgot it was a TV. You could have it scan for channel till the cows came home.
