My experience this past weekend when ordering a pizza was terrible!! I ordered a stuffed crust pizza (supposedly one of their specialties) and I received a thin crust with toppings I never ordered. I called and talked to Wagner (the manager on duty) and he told me he would: 1) bring me the correct pizza 90 minutes later 2) refund my money. Neither one of these options were met, however he did apologize for my inconvenience. Do not waste $23 on a pizza from Ranallis like I did, because the only good thing you might get is a "sorry for the inconvenience"

Ranalli's is good pizza. But the beers and the patio are better than the pizza.
