AZ88's in the Civic Center plaza in Scottsdale.  It's a nice area, there's a park, some fountains and a couple few restaurants.  The food is pretty cheap even though it looks like it would be expensive, kind of classy looking and new age.  I hear the martini's are about $14 but that one is enough.  A friend recommends the espresso martini.

Great Atmosphere, good people, the menu is sort of bland after you've been there more than twice. It seems like they use the same chicken breast for every dish. Some of the servers are snooty too, but it's always fun to show off to your out of towner friends.

Great atmosphere. Great Martini's. Great food. Looks pricey - but isn't. A bit more dressy than most bars. Upscale trendy crowd. GREAT PLACE FOR A FIRST DATE.
