Wait, it gets worse! They found my luggage ... back in Hawaii ... and it will arrive tonight, however, the only way I can guarantee that I have my luggage tonight is to drive 2 hours back to the airport to get it. They told me that they don't guarantee when or how they get it back to me, they can only guarantee that they get it back. When asked if I would receive reimbursement for my costs of retrieval, they said a rep would get back to me within 30 days. I understand that lost luggage happens. But to spit it my face after you do it ... definitely not Mahalo. Don't waste your time with this airline. I'd rather take a boat back to the islands than fly this airline again.

Worst flight of my life thanks to ticketing foul up with their web ticketing along with their head flight attendent Bobby who I could only describe as a airline Nazi. Never fly this airline!!!
