This past summer I was thinking about online advertising to create more service calls. We were using a company called Yodle. Yodle did not take the time to explain the products and services they provide. They actually did everything over the phone which I didn’t appreciate. After tracking the calls from Yodle we had found that it only generated .38 cents per day for a 4month period of time. It was time for improving online advertising.



Dave Tesser had called my office and made an appointment to personally meet with me in my office. Dave Tesser had showed up at my office on time. He proceeded to explain the products and services that he can provide to us to make the phone ring. Dave Tesser took the time to make sure I understood everything he was showing me with his products. In the past I have been in contact with various people in my office trying to sell various products and services. They didn’t take the time to make sure that I understood 100% about their company and or their products. When Dave Tesser was complete with explaining your products and services to me it didn’t end there. He had called me on the phone after that to see if I had any questions. He made another appointment to see me because he had another idea that would help us out in making the phone ring. Again, he showed up on time and explained his ideas to me. Dave Tesser has come across to me as being professional and personable to my needs in running a Plumbing Company.
