Used them once, was not disappointed. I’m always careful with those “all-inclusive” offers, but I got everything that they promised me (insurance, fuel, unlimited millage blah blah blah...).

They gave me a bit of stress as they didn't confirmed my reservation quite long time. I received my confirmation only 4 days before the trip. The problem was they couldn't get the car I wanted therefore they offered another one but happily for the same price even if it was compact instead of economic. Otherwise everything was fine, just could wish a faster reaction and answer.

Had my chance to use decodecarhire.co.uk service two weeks ago. At the start i was dissapointed that the car i quoted through the website was not available. The car i got was Chevy Aveo from the same Economy class instead of Ford Fiesta. Overall the service quite cheap and reliable.
