Even visitors must admit that the brick stadium is beautiful with many artistic accents within the architectural style consistent with most buildings on the campus. Also, there are beautiful sculptures located at the north, south, east, and west sides outside the stadium. Great tradition and many great games have been played there. Great sound system and excellent, large scoreboards with stats & reviews. Bathrooms could use air conditioning or large fans and an update, though. Concessions are nothing special, but the University Club restaurant is excellent but restricted to members only. It must be special for so many FSU fans to drive from Orlando, Tampa, Jacksonville, and much further for each home games. At least 3 hours each way or more for most fans but well worth it for such an awesome stadium and tradition.

The most awesome stadium - from a pure architectural structure standpoint - that I've ever seen. Not the oldest, the loudest, or the best seating arrangement...but the one stadium that everyone goes "WOW" when they first see it. Pretty freakin' cool.

Good sight lines and concessions. Crowd is a bit lost when the band isn't leading them by the hand. Nice location with other sports fields and tailgating areas nearby. Nice brick facade covers the old erector set frame. Fun place to watch a game.

Not very pleasant in the heat of the summer.

Big,Big,but does not deliver the noise or pizazz as advertised.Bored fans who perfer to drink and taunt vistors than watch game.the fsu fans are not up to the level of their teams.very overrated ..lots of BRICKS to cover additions and old n new areas...girls are prime grade

I enjoyed many great games there as a student. It is and extremely large, beautiful facility that actually houses most of the school's administration (and many classrooms as well). The bleachers aren't comfortable, but allows for 85,000 to squeeze in - a trade-off most FSU fans are willing to make. The fans are passionate, but also rabid (Chris Rix vs. Wyatt Sexton). And who doesn't love the Tomahawk Chop? Well, a lot of people actually. But the tradition is fantastic. Overall, a great experience...and bring your sunscreen.

Let me preface this to say that I am a UF alumni and I hate FSU more than most things in my life!! Having said that, I have to admit that Doak is an intimidating stadium, especially in the 90's. I hate the chant they do, but it is effective. Reminder: I am in no way endorsing FSU or anything it stands for, but atleast we both agree that Miami sucks!!

Doak is a choke. It's a very beautiful stadium on the outside but under it's like a high school football stadium. Not as loud as a 82,000 seat stadium should be and fans get in fights with each other!!! What's up with that?!!! Great tradition....very overrated stadium.

Probably the most beautiful stadium in all of America now. The looming brick with the subtle accents of white are awe enspiring and bring to mind a sense of preeminence. The new stained glass of Bobby Bowden looming over the plot below is mesmerizing. Doak Campbell Stadium does well to capture the richness of Florida State Football and its traditions.

Not bad, but a lot of dumb imbread hicks at the games. Most are hopped up on moonshine, so don't cross them!

I wish I could rate it as a zreo instead of a one. The place has no personality and the layout is terrible. At some points you are much farther from the field than you should be. Any real team would be able to pay for their stadium themselves instead of forcing the taxpayers of Florida to pay for such a cute stadium.

We've been there about 6 times starting in 1989. We were incredibly underwhelmed on our first trip. We couldn't believe that a team with that much success on the field could have such a poor stadium (we sat in wooden endzone bleachers with openings to the ground...nice high school bleachers). Since then they have made many renovations and have now one of the finest facilities in the South. Good atmosphere, beautiful girls, amazingly close parking for the visitors (if you get there early), and nice people. If we ever beat them again, they'll probably treat us like Gators! Go Clemson.

The stadium that the Florida tax payers built. Terrible experience.

A beautifull stadium with that perfect college atmosphere. Maybe now the most beautiful stadium in college football.
