The size is very disapointing! It is a very long way from being a jumbo! And it was sent with no packing to protect it from the Ahole shippers!When It arrived hear the box was mangled,The packing list was gone and the casters were broken off!
The seller called me to ask about the basket and said they would send replacements.Yhat was three weeks ago.So I figer they only care about MONEY not the custermer. SO I WOULD SUGJEST YOU BY SOME PLACE ELSE.

I never write these reviews, but thought I should in this case to prevent someone else from buying this piece of crud laundry cart. I ordered one and the FIRST time I went to roll it across the floor, one of the wheels broke off. There is no way to fix the wheel without welding the thing on. The company that shipped it, AAA, was wonderful and quickly replaced the cart. Things were going well for a few months until this morning when I rolled the cart down to the laundry room and *snap*, one of the wheels popped off AGAIN. Do not waste your money on this.

Wanted something that my son could feel like he was helping on laundry day and really would be.
He rolls his laundry to the washer and dives in from the side and throws his clothes in the washer. It's great he helps, he learns and his excited he did something to help mommy out. It's very rewarding to both of us. Especially, all the laughing we do when thows his clothes into the washer. We get the giggles so hard something we fall on the floor. Hope this helps out the mothers out there. This item did wonders for us!

Just arrived today. Seems to be very sturdy and appears as if it will hold quite a bit of laundry.

I ordered this cart twice. One arrived with a broken wheel (from Get Organized), and the replacement cart also had a broken wheel (from Taylor Gifts). Neither box had ANY protective packing materials. After several phone calls, I did receive a free return label from Taylor gifts. I'll keep the one from Get Organized because returning it will cost me too much time, effort, and money. The cart is now lopsided, and the remaining 2 wheels won't come off. I'm left with a canvas laundry bag insert, which ultimately cost me $29.95!
